Why is the Team Process important?
The Team Process is unique because it first focuses on building strong collaboration before moving on to communication. This ensures that the skills participants develop become a natural part of the team’s way of working. Team members are given space to practice, grow, and work together in a stable and transparent environment. An environment of trust. By following this approach, our communication training has a lasting impact.
What will we do?
Based on the results of the ‘Trust-Scan’, we co-create a tailored program that includes three to five training days and three to six coaching sessions. The coaching sessions take place before, in between, and after the training days. Every Team Process ends with a two-day communication training and runs for a total of two to six months.
Before starting, Trustworks meets with the team to understand the members, their context, and challenges. We then organise the separate training days to prepare the team for the communication training. These may include one, two, or three days focusing on: mission and values, roles and responsibilities, attention in relationships, and reflection.
During the communication training, we focus heavily on practice, using our communication model. Team members learn how to give space (by asking questions), take space (by being clear), and share space (by being open). After the two-day training, Trustworks returns for an evaluation coaching session.
