Why is Team Boost important?
The Team Boost is designed for teams that want to work more effectively and with less tension. Building strong collaboration can be challenging, especially when there is a lack of clarity, uneven task division, conflict, or limited reflection within the team.
With our approach, every team can unlock its potential and build a powerful foundation. During the Team Boost we combine conversations, reflection, and exercises. You will learn about the key elements of trust and immediately apply them through practical experiences, supported by our facilitators. This enables your team to achieve better results with confidence, calm, and renewed energy.
What will we do?
Before the Team Boost, Trustworks meets with your team to get to know you better. Using the results of the Trust-Scan, we identify the greatest potential for development. Together, we then explore your team’s specific challenges and needs.
Day One
- Theory: Clarity, fairness, and trust in teams.
- “Shields”: Gaining insight into your own values, goals, and talents, as well as those of your team members.
- Lunch with your team.
- “The Top Hat”: Exploring task distribution and mutual expectations.
- Dinner with your team.
- Campfire session: A powerful way to connect and get to know each other better.
- Overnight stay.
Day Two
- Breakfast with your team.
- Theory: Attention and reflection.
- ‘Boat Exercise’: A group activity focused on collaboration, communication, and reflection
- Lunch with your team.
- ‘Attentive conversation’: A method for holding important conversations with care for both the task and the relationship.
- ‘Strength story’: Strengthening work relationships through storytelling.
