Trust facilitators support organisations as objective sparring partners on a variety of challenges. While our focus is on trust, we are also happy to assist with broader themes. Our expertise includes contributing to projects, conducting action research, designing workshops, developing tailored programs, and facilitating important conversations. Curious what we can do for your organisation? Here are a few examples:
Action research
For an international organisation, one department had been struggling with trust for some time. Collaboration was difficult, and there were threats of strikes. We conducted qualitative research to identify the causes and areas for improvement and then presented an action plan. Together with stakeholders, we refined this plan to make it practical and then supported the department during implementation with several tailored sessions.
Governance
A management team discovered that their governance policy was driven mainly by control and only minimally by trust. The team aspired to create more engagement and to lead with trust as a core value. After conducting research, we provided recommendations and designed a management session with tools and insights on how to lead from a foundation of trust.
Employee survey
Following an employee satisfaction survey, several sensitive issues had not been addressed effectively. We facilitated conversations and guided the project group to ensure the themes could be tackled constructively. With our objective perspective, we contributed to greater understanding, reflection, and the further development of solutions within the organisation.
Culture Match
At a law firm, many junior colleagues were considering leaving. The existing culture no longer aligned with the expectations of the younger generation, putting the firm’s future at risk. We developed a customised culture program to co-create a working culture that better reflected the needs and values of everyone involved.
