Zwier is an inspiring meeting and training location on the Vinkeveense Plassen where Trustworks runs its programs. At Zwier, we can offer unique activities and exercises that participants will never forget and won’t find anywhere else. We have exercises that include boat activities, island challenges, treasure hunts, and campfire conversations. All designed to strengthen connections and trust. At this location, participants learn more about trust and about each other. Zwier shares our commitment to sustainability, reflected in the care taken with food, accommodations, and hosting.
TrustXNetwork
TrustXNetwork is a foundation that connects practitioners and academics in the field of trust. It facilitates a variety of trust-related initiatives, helping them achieve greater impact. Through this collaboration, we stay up to date with the latest knowledge and maintain an international perspective. Because of TrustXNetwork, we work closely with scientists and many other practitioners in the field. Trustworks partners with TrustXNetwork to ensure expertise, reliability, and excellence in our profession.
Spot On Learning
Spot On Learning specialises in strengthening international communication and cross-cultural collaboration. Using a unique methodology that combines online and case-based lessons, they enhance both the learning experience and its overall impact. As global collaboration increases, professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds often need support in navigating differences in beliefs, communication styles, and approaches to teamwork. With Spot On Learning, we have developed the module “Trust in International Teams”, where groups learn to build strong, understanding partnerships, an essential skill in today’s international context.
De Leerfabriek
De Leerfabriek is a network organisation that helps companies build a strong learning culture. They have developed a model with seven key building blocks: trust, collaboration, appreciation, leadership, learning resources, time and budget, and attitude. We collaborate with De Leerfabriek to exchange ideas on practical challenges within organisations and to explore innovative working methods. Building a learning culture requires a different approach than working directly on trust. In some cases, it is more effective to focus on other building blocks first, before an organisation is ready to address the element of trust.
